First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! With a couple of smart ball manuevers 郝朋鹏 in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg 陈文寒 saved 中国梦幻之队 from getting behind. If 郝朋鹏 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when 郝朋鹏 got free with 陈文寒 in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 郑鹏昆 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 龙坤浩 in the 15th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the match, 郝朋鹏 dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of 陈文寒, 1-0. After a rather tough play, West Bromwich Albion's 吕康克 got a free kick in the 19th minute. After 24 played minutes West Bromwich Albion got a freekick which was hit by 梅源竞. 郑鹏昆 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 胡建适 in the 27th minute of play. 37 minutes into the game, 胡建适 cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. 郑鹏昆 was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If 潘轩威 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 45 minutes, 吕康克 mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the West Bromwich Albion and the 中国梦幻之队 players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 45th minute, 吕康克 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 郑鹏昆 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 龙坤浩, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when 胡建适 made the kick off in the second half. 陈文寒 came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by West Bromwich Albion's 郝朋鹏. But to his dismay, 郝朋鹏 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. 陈文寒 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 郝朋鹏 in the 58th minute of play. In the 59th minute, 龙坤浩 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. 郑鹏昆 was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. 陈文寒 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 郝朋鹏 in the 64th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by 潘轩威 during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to 中国梦幻之队 getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. 潘轩威 hit a great ball. 72 minutes into the match, West Bromwich Albion's goalkeeper 郑鹏昆 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 龙坤浩. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for West Bromwich Albion. 郑鹏昆 had in the 75thth minute some difficulties stopping 胡建适's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 中国梦幻之队's 陈文寒 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 郝朋鹏 in the 80th minute of play. In the 89th minute, 郝朋鹏 made a precise shot to the right of 陈文寒. 中国梦幻之队's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. 陈文寒 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 郝朋鹏 in the 94th minute of play. 郑鹏昆 was out of position in the 97 minute of play, and 潘轩威 capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. 潘轩威 really showed his touch with that goal: 4-3. West Bromwich Albion's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
