With an extended leg and a bit of luck 史潮南 prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 叶枫强 didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from 毛飞笑 went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 15th minute, 温云鹏 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 17th minute, 崔斐珂 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, 龙兴博 put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of 叶枫强. 温云鹏 charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed 温云鹏 the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 21st match minute, 甘肃张掖残风队 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 温云鹏 to maneuver through the defense. 韩烨景 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. But to his dismay, 韩烨景 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. 叶枫强 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 龙兴博, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. 43 minutes into the match, 北大附中领军人才's goal looked a bit too open when 龙兴博 came free, but 叶枫强 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 毛飞笑 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 叶枫强 having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for 龙兴博 to strike the kick off in the second half. 叶枫强 stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of 龙兴博's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. After having played for 55 minutes, 毛飞笑 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 甘肃张掖残风队's supporters crossed their fingers, but 毛飞笑 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 史潮南 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 崔斐珂, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. 韩烨景 struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. 史潮南 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by 崔斐珂 in the 64th minute of play forced 甘肃张掖残风队's goalkeeper 史潮南 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 龙兴博 was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 71st minute. 甘肃张掖残风队's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 毛飞笑 took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised 叶枫强. 叶枫强 dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. The 北大附中领军人才 supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching 甘肃张掖残风队's performance. The match ended with a win for 甘肃张掖残风队.
