But to his dismay, 邱军珂 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 于昂克 made an important save on a dangerous shot by 唐振威 in the 8th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers 邱军珂 in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg 于昂克 saved 香港沙田区公民队 from getting behind. 唐振威s short, quick shot in the 14thth minute got 于昂克 to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 15 minutes into the game, one of 香港沙田区公民队:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The 滨海小镇 fans' excitement grew in the 20th match minute when 滨海小镇's 唐振威 looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 24 minutes in the game, 邱军珂 dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. In the 31stth minute of the game 楚崇森 who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but 滨海小镇's 肖森亦 was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 31 minutes, 邓西邦 mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the 滨海小镇 and the 香港沙田区公民队 players grew even worse after the yellow card. If 邱军珂 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 于昂克 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 邓西邦 in the 41st minute of play. 唐振威 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when 楚崇森 made the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the game, 滨海小镇's 邓西邦 nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. 于昂克 made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. In the 63rd minute 楚崇森 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 肖森亦 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, 邱军珂 notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of 香港沙田区公民队's 于昂克. 于昂克 was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 71st minute, 邓西邦 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 香港沙田区公民队's 于昂克 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 唐振威 in the 77th minute of play. If 唐振威 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 唐振威 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 82 minutes into the game, 邓崇广 was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. 香港沙田区公民队's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave 滨海小镇 the free kick. After 82 played minutes 香港沙田区公民队 got a freekick which was hit by 邓崇广. 邱军珂 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 唐振威 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 于昂克 having to interfere. In the 97th minute the ball was on its way in behind 香港沙田区公民队's goalkeeper 于昂克, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by 韩威海 during the 97th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 韩威海 hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. When 唐振威 came up free with the goalie in the 99th minute, the 滨海小镇 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 唐振威 couldn't finish the play.
