The audience thought a goal was coming when 吕银文 got free with 贺建云 in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 俞烨星 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. If 吕银文 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

贺建云 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 吕银文 in the 54th minute of the match. 周雄昂 was a little too slow when 李镇乐 got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 62nd minute. The score was now 1-1. In the 80th minute, 广西河池飞人联队's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after 李镇乐 fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post.
