The supporters of ≮王者归来≯虹口阿克苏 booed when Van Best was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. 柳崇源 didn't get a good kick on the ball. 龚景松 was out of position in the 6 minute of play, and 贺朗笑 capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. 贺朗笑 really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. When 贺朗笑 came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the ≮王者归来≯虹口阿克苏 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 贺朗笑 couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that 彭扬响's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but 龚景松 was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. In the 26th minute 庞骏伟 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 康锋义 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 37th minute 柳崇源 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 康锋义 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 43 minutes into the match, Van Best's goal looked a bit too open when 贺朗笑 came free, but 龚景松 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. But to his dismay, 柳崇源 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell 贺朗笑 to make the kick off. When 洪正风 came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the ≮王者归来≯虹口阿克苏 fans jumped to their feet. In the 70th minute, 雷西强 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 尹振轩 struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. 康锋义 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Van Best. With a little luck, ≮王者归来≯虹口阿克苏's 康锋义 got control of the ball when 庞骏伟 tried to sneak it across the goal line. If 雷西强 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 龚景松 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 彭扬响 in the 82nd minute of play. 魏阳辉 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. 康锋义 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 92 minutes into the match, ≮王者归来≯虹口阿克苏's goal looked a bit too open when 魏阳辉 came free, but 康锋义 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 94 minutes, 贺朗笑 mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ≮王者归来≯虹口阿克苏 and the Van Best players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to ≮王者归来≯虹口阿克苏 getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. 贺朗笑 hit a great ball. 康锋义 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 魏阳辉 in the 95th minute of the match. 雷西强 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Van Best were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
