The referee showed 王剑荣 the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, 崔梁雄 put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of 武 石义. 崔梁雄 took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised 武 石义. 武 石义 dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when 朱骋锋 got free with 龚晨瑜 in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 武 石义 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 崔梁雄 in the 23rd minute of play. 朱骋锋 received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. 龚晨瑜 came out and tried to block the shot, but 朱骋锋 slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 24th minute. After 26 played minutes 【AC】Black Dragon-名剑 got a freekick which was hit by 陈彬誉. The supporters of 【AC】Black Dragon-名剑 booed when ≮王者归来≯国家联队 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. 潘飞文 didn't get a good kick on the ball. 麦枫雄's late challenge caught a 【AC】Black Dragon-名剑's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. After 31 played minutes, 【AC】Black Dragon-名剑's 张默俊 shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper 武 石义 came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in 【AC】Black Dragon-名剑 reached it. Mats Deckberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. 龚晨瑜 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 36th minute 唐天宁 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 武 石义 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 龚晨瑜 was a little too slow when 朱骋锋 got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 41st minute. The score was now 2-2. 龚晨瑜 made an important save on a dangerous shot by 朱骋锋 in the 45th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mats Deckberg in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg 龚晨瑜 saved 【AC】Black Dragon-名剑 from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by 唐天宁 in the 47th minute of play forced ≮王者归来≯国家联队's goalkeeper 武 石义 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mats Deckberg was the one to do the kick off. When 马凌云 fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ≮王者归来≯国家联队's protests and gave 马凌云 a yellow card for diving instead. 武 石义 made an important save on a dangerous shot by 唐天宁 in the 83rd minute.
