The crowd rose to their feet as 올산현대's 김 염 slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of 박 채. That made the score 2-0 after 33 minutes of play. 엄 좌 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomáš Švantner in the 38th minute of play. 엄 좌 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 김 가, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. 김 가 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 엄 좌 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 이 섭 in the 45th minute of the match. After 48 minutes, 박 반 mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gotland Vikings and the 올산현대 players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 48 played minutes Gotland Vikings got a freekick which was hit by 박 반. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.
