When 이 장 fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Weybridge's protests and gave 이 장 a yellow card for diving instead. 이 장 kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Ruben Butterweck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 이 장 in the 14th minute of the match. After 16 minutes Porthcurno's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was 김 진 who took care of the corner kick. 김 진 made a great header on Weybridge's corner, it was just that Porthcurno's Ruben Butterweck managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 22nd minute, 김 엄 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Weybridge's 이 장 got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Delmer Fraser kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. If 최 즙 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 박 십 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 조 진 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 이 서문, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Porthcurno's 이 고 got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell 이 장 to make the kick off. Porthcurno were furious when 김 견 was red carded, 67 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 66 minutes into the game, one of Porthcurno:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Ruben Butterweck went to the wrong direction when 김 진 was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Ruben Butterweck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 박 십 in the 70th minute of play. In the 73rd minute 이 고 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 조 진 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ruben Butterweck took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 이 장, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ruben Butterweck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 박 십 in the 93rd minute of the match. If 이 견 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 이 장 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 100th minute. Ruben Butterweck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
