Fleet's 정 포 proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Fleet from getting a goal against them. If 김 순 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 김 왕 took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised 김 목. 김 목 dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. 이 낭 scored 2-2 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of 정 포, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 정 포 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 김 순 in the 43rd minute of the match. 46 minutes into the match, 이 낭 had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of 정 포. Fleet's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that 이 낭 was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and 이 낭 made a kick off. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Fleet. 김 순 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. 정 포 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 김 왕 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 김 목 having to interfere. 김 목 made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when 김 왕 sent off a good shot on target. 김 왕s short, quick shot in the 74thth minute got 김 목 to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 78th play minutes 김 순 shot 5-3, a short shot which went by 정 포 and just under the crossbar into goal. 김 목 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 강 진, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Fleet's 강 진 slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of 김 목. That made the score 5-4 after 86 minutes of play. 92 minutes into the match, Dalton In Furness's goalkeeper 김 목 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 김 왕. 표 군 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. 김 목 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
