After 16 minutes of play, Fleet's 김 왕 made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. 김 도 was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fleet's 정 포 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 박 화 in the 19th minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Braintree's goal looked a bit too open when 강 진 came free, but 김 도 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th minute 강 진 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 김 도 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 정 포 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 박 평, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. If 박 화 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Braintree's 박 화 in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fleet's goalie prevented a goal. Braintree's 김 도 proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Braintree from getting a goal against them. After 86 played minutes Braintree got a freekick which was hit by 박 화. 92 minutes into the game, Braintree's 김 경 nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. 정 포 made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. The Braintree supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Fleet's performance. The match ended with a win for Fleet.
