The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If 김 지 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 9th minute, one of Chiswick:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Chiswick. 김 낭 shot the penalty kick right outside the post. 13 minutes into the game, 김 지 cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. 김 비 was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Kenilworth's 강전 이 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 김 여 in the 17th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by 김 장 in the 18th minute of play forced Kenilworth's goalkeeper 강전 이 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When 김 여 came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Chiswick fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 김 여 couldn't finish the play. 박 원 received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. 김 비 came out and tried to block the shot, but 박 원 slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 22nd minute. 27 minutes into the match, Chiswick's goalkeeper 김 비 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 김 지. Chiswick's 김 비 proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Chiswick from getting a goal against them. 37 minutes into the match, Kenilworth's 박 원 sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that 김 비 narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 38 played minutes Kenilworth got a freekick which was hit by 이 모. If 김 여 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 김 장 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for 김 여 to strike the kick off in the second half. When 이 모 fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kenilworth's protests and gave 이 모 a yellow card for diving instead. In the 62nd minute, Chiswick's 김 여 dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. If 김 장 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 김 비 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 박 원 in the 71st minute of the match. 김 비 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 김 지, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. 정 소봉 hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. 김 낭 was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 78th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After 79 played minutes Chiswick got a freekick which was hit by 김 용. 김 지 might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over 김 비. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. 김 지 ran back to his position shaking his head. Kenilworth's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
