When 김 제 fell near the penalty area in the 2nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Comberton's protests and gave 김 제 a yellow card for diving instead. In the 4th match minute, Downham Market was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 이 인 to maneuver through the defense. 김 자 took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised 김 경. 김 경 dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 김 경 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 김 옹, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 26 minutes of play, Comberton's 김 제 made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. 김 봉 was left in no man's land by his defense there! 김 옹 struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. 김 경 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Downham Market. After 30 played minutes Comberton got a freekick which was hit by 조 순. If 조 낭 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 김 경 came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Downham Market's 김 자. But to his dismay, 김 자 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. In the 37th minute 김 옹 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 김 경 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Comberton's 김 평 got a free kick in the 38th minute. 조 낭 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 40th minute, 이 인 made a precise shot to the right of 김 경. Comberton's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. After the first half Downham Market were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and 조 낭 made a kick off. 김 자 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 김 경 having to interfere. 김 자 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 56 played minutes 김 군 rounded Comberton's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-4. 김 자 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 김 군 kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. 김 경 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 김 자 in the 65th minute of the match. Downham Market's 조 낭 got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 이 인 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 74 minutes into the match, Downham Market's 조 낭 sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that 김 경 narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when 김 옹 got free with 김 경 in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 77th minute, Downham Market's 김 군 dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-5. The supporters of Downham Market booed when Comberton was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. 십 개 didn't get a good kick on the ball. 김 자 struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. 김 경 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Downham Market. 이 인 might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over 김 경. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. 이 인 ran back to his position shaking his head. 김 경 was a little too slow when 김 자 got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 87th minute. The score was now 1-6. If 이 인 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 조 낭 received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. 김 경 came out and tried to block the shot, but 조 낭 slotted it home off the left post making it 1-7 in the 94th minute. When the match was over Downham Market could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Comberton throughout the match.
