After 4 played minutes, Baston's 박 복 shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper 김 동 came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Baston reached it. The audience thought a goal was coming when 김 제 got free with 김 동 in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 이 태 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 김 동 having to interfere. 김 동 acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 10th minute, took the ball on the long shot from 박 복. 김 동 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 이 태 in the 16th minute of play. 조 음 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Minehead AFC's 김 동 proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Minehead AFC from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by 박 구 during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Baston's 박 구 got a free kick in the 25th minute. In the 26th minute 강 정 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 김 차 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by 김 금 in the 28th minute of play forced Baston's goalkeeper 김 차 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 김 동 made an important save on a dangerous shot by 김 제 in the 30th minute. 김 금 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If 김 제 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 김 제 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Baston's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After the first half Minehead AFC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 64th minute 이 태 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 김 동 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 박 풍 hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. 김 안 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers 김 금 in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg 김 차 saved Baston from getting behind. 73 minutes into the match, 이 태 had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of 김 동. Minehead AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that 이 태 was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. 김 금 was extremely unlucky when he, in the 77th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 79 minutes into the match, Baston's goalkeeper 김 차 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 김 안. 김 금 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 91 minutes into the match, Baston's 김 환 sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that 김 동 narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 박 복 might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over 김 동. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. 박 복 ran back to his position shaking his head. 김 차 made a fantastic save in the 97th minute, when 조 안 sent off a good shot on target. 99 minutes into the game, 김 안 was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Minehead AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Baston the free kick. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
