Thorne AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 15th minute, when 김 성명 scored to the left of an out of position 김 석, making the score, 1-0. 20 minutes into the game, 화 기 was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Liskeard's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Thorne AFC the free kick. In the 21st match minute, Liskeard was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 화 기 to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, 박 은 managed to get in a good position for a shot. Thorne AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but 박 은 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 유 추 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 김 빙 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 30 minutes into the match, 박 은 notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Liskeard's 유 추. 유 추 was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 김 빙 scored 1-3 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of 유 추, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, Thorne AFC's 김 석 got control of the ball when 김 성명 tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Thorne AFC's 김 간 got a free kick in the 40th minute. If 김 빙 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg 김 석 managed to avoid a goal in the 46thth minute, when Liskeard's 김 성명 fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 김 성명 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half Thorne AFC were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When Liskeard's 김 성명 in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Thorne AFC's goalie prevented a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, 김 성명 managed to get in a good position for a shot. The Liskeard fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that 유 추 should have stopped the shot.
