Hook's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kidmore End the free kick. In the 24th match minute, Hook was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 박 배 to maneuver through the defense. When 박 은 came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Kidmore End fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 박 은 couldn't finish the play. 27 minutes into the match, Kidmore End's 이 이 sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that 김 상 narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when 박 은 stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Kidmore End defense, 김 한 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of 김 아. The Kidmore End fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that 김 아 should have stopped the shot. 이 동 hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Kidmore End's 박 은 got a free kick in the 92nd minute. After 97 played minutes, Kidmore End's 유 예 shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper 김 상 came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Kidmore End reached it. Hook played a much better game than Kidmore End and deserved their victory. The Kidmore End players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
