A collision led to 해신당 공원 getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. 박 서문 hit a great ball. 18 minutes in the game, 김 금 fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without 김 갈 having to interfere. 해신당 공원's 김 갈 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 박 지 in the 22nd minute of play. In the 26th minute 김 문 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 김 갈 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 46 minutes, 박 지 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wrexham International's supporters crossed their fingers, but 박 지 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Wrexham International's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
