Ruesga Tuñon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 2nd minute. Jo Woo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 7 played minutes Louth got a freekick which was hit by 박 명. After 8 played minutes, Incheon United's 박 지 shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Alexander Miller came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Incheon United reached it. When Carlton Mellon came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Louth fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carlton Mellon couldn't finish the play. Stellan Carlsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Jo Woo made a huge save. In the 18th match minute, Louth was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ruesga Tuñon to maneuver through the defense. Incheon United's Jo Woo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Incheon United from getting a goal against them. Alexander Miller made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 김 성 in the 23rd minute of play. Carlton Mellon kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Alexander Miller took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 박 지, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Louth's Alexander Miller played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 김 십 in the 33rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ruesga Tuñon in the 39th minute of play forced Incheon United's goalkeeper Jo Woo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 40 minutes into the match, Louth's goal looked a bit too open when Jo Sung came free, but Alexander Miller reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alexander Miller showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jo Sung, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Alexander Miller showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jo Sung in the 66th minute of the match. With a left leg Jo Woo saved Incheon United from getting behind. 김 성 hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. In the 82nd minute, Incheon United's 박 지 ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Alexander Miller. Alexander Miller yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Jo Sung sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice moves 김 십 could shoot a difficult shot in the 91st minute, which Alexander Miller however easily saved by the left post. In the 92nd minute, Jo Sung hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 박 지 struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Alexander Miller didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Incheon United. The Incheon United players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
