Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Elliot Jackson made the kick off and thus started the match. When Elliot Jackson came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Nelshiby fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elliot Jackson couldn't finish the play. After 5 minutes of play, Gloucester's Quincy Swan made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Long Voller was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cullen Fitzsimmons fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bremen Digiuseppe having to interfere. If Cullen Fitzsimmons had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 13th minute of the match, Fletcher Salcedo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Long Voller saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Elliot Jackson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bremen Digiuseppe having to interfere. Amos Sugden sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 24th minute, Amos Sugden fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 25th minute, Quincy Swan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 26 played minutes Nelshiby got a freekick which was hit by Davey Kinnaird. 29 minutes into the game, Cullen Fitzsimmons cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Bremen Digiuseppe was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Davey Kinnaird sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Amos Sugden blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Long Voller having to make a save. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Amos Sugden to make the kick off. If Elliot Jackson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elliot Jackson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Bremen Digiuseppe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 55 minutes into the match, Nelshiby's goal looked a bit too open when Amos Sugden came free, but Long Voller reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Gloucester getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Amos Sugden hit a great ball. Long Voller took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Quincy Swan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Elliot Jackson might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bremen Digiuseppe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Elliot Jackson ran back to his position shaking his head. Elliot Jackson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bremen Digiuseppe having to interfere. Bremen Digiuseppe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cullen Fitzsimmons in the 71st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Quincy Swan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gloucester's supporters rose to their feet, but Quincy Swan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Long Voller breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jervis Hess's late challenge caught a Gloucester's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jervis Hess helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Gloucester booed when Nelshiby was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jervis Hess didn't get a good kick on the ball. Long Voller showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Quincy Swan in the 83rd minute of the match. A collision led to Gloucester getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Jessop Soekirno hit a great ball. Elliot Jackson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Bremen Digiuseppe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 92 minutes, Fletcher Salcedo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gloucester and the Nelshiby players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 96th minute Cullen Fitzsimmons shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bremen Digiuseppe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
