Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Moonbar's Daniel Thorne started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Cowaramup's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Thorne came free, but Clay Haydock reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Clay Haydock made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Thorne in the 5th minute of play. 8 minutes into the match, Cowaramup's goalkeeper Clay Haydock had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Thorne. Clay Haydock took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carman Palmington, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Moonbar's Edison Bennett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Munroe Oneill in the 11th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Munroe Oneill in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edison Bennett prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Loud Tisdell fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cowaramup's protests and gave Loud Tisdell a yellow card for diving instead. After 18 played minutes Cowaramup got a freekick which was hit by Loud Tisdell. In the 21st match minute, Cowaramup was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sam Mcjunkin to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Moonbar getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Daniel Thorne hit a great ball. 25 minutes into the match, Moonbar's goal looked a bit too open when Bradshaw Warhurst came free, but Edison Bennett reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Clay Haydock showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Thorne, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 26th minute, Daniel Thorne left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Moonbar fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Daniel Thorne received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Clay Haydock tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Loud Tisdell hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. If Munroe Oneill had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carman Palmington hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Carman Palmington kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Cowaramup's Jason Biddell tried to score from far away in the 39th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Moonbar's Edison Bennett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Munroe Oneill in the 47th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Munroe Oneill was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 51 minutes, Daniel Thorne managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Moonbar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Thorne was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Anthony Claringbold received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Edison Bennett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bradshaw Warhurst struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Edison Bennett didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cowaramup. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Thorne in the 63rd minute of play forced Cowaramup's goalkeeper Clay Haydock to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 64th match minute, Cowaramup was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anthony Claringbold to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Moonbar's Olliver Wal tried to score from far away in the 65th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Bradshaw Warhurst received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Edison Bennett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Munroe Oneill had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Moonbar getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Reginald Lester hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bradshaw Warhurst got free with Edison Bennett in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpected shot in the 92nd minute by Bradshaw Warhurst got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 94th minute Munroe Oneill shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edison Bennett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 96 minutes into the match, Moonbar's goal looked a bit too open when Munroe Oneill came free, but Edison Bennett reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Moonbar had won after a very even match.
