Drake Porteus made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adam Reisz in the 38th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Wickliffe's zone, Brett Mcmillan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Drake Porteus came out of the goal and Brett Mcmillan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Murphy Lord struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Jonathan Caddick didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wickliffe.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aden Pickhills made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Murphy Lord managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wickliffe's supporters rose to their feet, but Murphy Lord was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Caddick breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jeffers Cowdell struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Jonathan Caddick didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wickliffe. In the 60thth minute of the game Aden Pickhills who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mannibadar's Jonathan Caddick was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 67 minutes into the match, Aden Pickhills dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jonathan Caddick, 0-2. Murphy Lord got in the 84th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Jonathan Caddick handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Drake Porteus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adam Reisz, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Murphy Lord let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 91st minute shot 1-3 at rihgt post. Mark Hauschildt hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match.
