It was Micah Macdonald who took care of the corner kick. Fred Hellqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kyle Cox in the 12th minute of the match. In the 16th minute, Peter Salqvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 17th minute, Kyle Cox hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Khalid Kennedy was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Peter Salqvist showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 26 minute of play. After having played for 30 minutes, Kyle Cox managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. England's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kyle Cox was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of England booed when Kumla BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gert Olsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fred Hellqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kyle Cox, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Per Forss received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Khalid Kennedy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Issac Dawson struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Fred Hellqvist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for England. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Cooper Thompson kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Micah Macdonalds short, quick shot in the 58thth minute got Fred Hellqvist to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 59th minute, Gert Olsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The corner led England's Micah Macdonald to fire away a dangerous shot which Fred Hellqvist despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 65th minute, Per Forss got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fred Hellqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Issac Dawson in the 67th minute of play. England's Micah Macdonald got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ulf Ahlqvist hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. In the 77th minute, Micah Macdonald got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 80th minute, Sten Biörkquist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kyle Cox's late challenge caught a Kumla BK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kyle Cox helped the player get up and apologised. Kyle Cox kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. The supporters of Kumla BK booed when England was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Caelan Hayes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jan Isaksson kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Many of England's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. England may have spent more time on the ball, but Kumla BK were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
