Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Earnest Boyce started the match with the kick off. Carl Gissane succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 4th playminute. Earnest Boyce fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aaron Gray having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Earnest Boyce in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aaron Gray saved Blackheath from getting behind. A collision led to Blackheath getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Brett Neich hit a great ball. 13 minutes into the match, Nero Fessey notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Blackheath's Aaron Gray. Aaron Gray was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 18 minutes into the match, Blackheath's goal looked a bit too open when Earnest Boyce came free, but Aaron Gray reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Earnest Boyce's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aaron Gray was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. After 23 played minutes Blackheath got a freekick which was hit by Nash Bowie. In the 24th minute of the match Munroe Powderham sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aaron Gray skillfully saved the ball. Earnest Boyce received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Aaron Gray tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Blackheath getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Brett Neich hit a great ball. Nero Fessey struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Aaron Gray didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Allansford. Jamese Cootes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Jack Norden tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 38 minutes, Carl Gissane managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Blackheath's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carl Gissane was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

After 52 played minutes Allansford got a freekick which was hit by Keefe Nunn. After a rather tough play, Allansford's Keefe Nunn got a free kick in the 54th minute. Jamese Cootes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nero Fessey blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aaron Gray having to make a save. In the 68th minute, Jonathan Gray hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Allansford's Earnest Boyce got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jamese Cootes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Jack Norden tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Earnest Boyce recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Nero Fessey managed to get in a good position for a shot. Allansford's supporters rose to their feet, but Nero Fessey was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aaron Gray breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
