Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Nathan Maddern got the match started through his kick off. When Nathan Maddern came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Valery fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nathan Maddern couldn't finish the play. Irwin Howarth kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Bennett Kenack came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Valery's Nathan Maddern. But to his dismay, Nathan Maddern quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 14th minute Brendon Diefenbach shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brooks Baxter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Millingandi's Brendon Diefenbach got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Nathan Maddern came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Valery fans jumped to their feet. Millingandi's defense didn't have a chance, in the 20th minute, when Nathan Maddern scored to the left of an out of position Bennett Kenack, making the score, 2-0. In the 24th match minute, Valery was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Phenix Schenck to maneuver through the defense. Raleigh Hauschildt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brooks Baxter having to interfere. Millingandi's Dacosta Carbery got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 31 minutes, Brendon Diefenbach managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Millingandi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Brendon Diefenbach was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Meyer Haeberle could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Bennett Kenack made a huge save. Brooks Baxter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raleigh Hauschildt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 37 minutes into the match, Millingandi's goalkeeper Bennett Kenack had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Meyer Haeberle. 39 minutes into the match, Brendon Diefenbach had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Brooks Baxter. Valery's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Brendon Diefenbach was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. In the 42nd minute Meyer Haeberle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bennett Kenack saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Millingandi getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Dacosta Carbery hit a great ball. Valery's Nathan Maddern got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dacosta Carbery charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dacosta Carbery the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 46 played minutes Millingandi got a freekick which was hit by Dacosta Carbery. The supporters of Millingandi booed when Valery was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dakota Withy didn't get a good kick on the ball.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Brendon Diefenbach to strike the kick off in the second half. Millingandi's Brendon Diefenbach was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 53rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Meyer Haeberle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Meyer Haeberle fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Valery's protests and gave Meyer Haeberle a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Valery getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Meyer Haeberle hit a great ball. After 65 minutes, Meyer Haeberle made it 3-2 with a short kick to the right side. Millingandi's Bennett Kenack tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When Valery's Phenix Schenck in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Millingandi's goalie prevented a goal. Brooks Baxter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brendon Diefenbach in the 72nd minute of the match. In the 76th minute, Meyer Haeberle got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Millingandi getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Dacosta Carbery hit a great ball. Meyer Haeberle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Bennett Kenack tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 93 played minutes Valery got a freekick which was hit by Kevin Pearson. Valery's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
