Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Cassidy Adair made the kick off and thus started the match. 3 minutes into the match, Parramatta Blaze's Christopher Perandis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Brooks Baxter narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 7 minutes, Nathan Maddern managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Valery's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nathan Maddern was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Christopher Perandis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 11th minute, Cassidy Adair got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 12th minute, Cassidy Adair fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. A collision led to Valery getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Phenix Schenck hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Christopher Perandis got free with Brooks Baxter in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Zackery Cassilly kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cassidy Adair in the 19th minute of play forced Valery's goalkeeper Brooks Baxter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Valery getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Nathan Maddern hit a great ball. 1-0 became the score in the 24th minute when Cassidy Adair elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Christopher Perandis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Brooks Baxter made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Valery's Fabian Favas got a free kick in the 28th minute. Christopher Perandis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 30 minutes into the match, Valery's goal looked a bit too open when Cassidy Adair came free, but Brooks Baxter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Christopher Perandis came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Parramatta Blaze fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christopher Perandis couldn't finish the play. Sam Pearse showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nathan Maddern, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Sam Pearse took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Meyer Haeberle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Christopher Perandis's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Brooks Baxter firmly grabbed it by the left post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nathan Maddern in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sam Pearse prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 47th minute Meyer Haeberle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sam Pearse saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

In the 54th minute, Christopher Perandis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Brooks Baxter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christopher Perandis, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. With a little luck, Parramatta Blaze's Sam Pearse got control of the ball when Phenix Schenck tried to sneak it across the goal line. Phenix Schenck hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Cassidy Adair fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brooks Baxter having to interfere. In the 63rd minute, Christopher Perandis made a precise shot to the right of Brooks Baxter. Valery's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. 67 minutes into the match, Phenix Schenck notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Parramatta Blaze's Sam Pearse. Sam Pearse was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Through an outstanding action, after 72 minutes, Sam Pearse successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Meyer Haeberle's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sam Pearse read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. A collision led to Parramatta Blaze getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Rich Belford hit a great ball. The supporters of Valery booed when Parramatta Blaze was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gregg Cawthorne didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sam Pearse took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nathan Maddern, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cassidy Adair sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 86th minute of the match Samuel Watts shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Brooks Baxter showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Christopher Perandis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brooks Baxter having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christopher Perandis in the 94th minute of play forced Valery's goalkeeper Brooks Baxter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Valery's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
