Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Munroe Kidman made the kick off which started today's match. Talarm's Larkin Rishton suffered a sprained foot after 3 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 3 minutes into the game, Keefe Atkin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Globelands's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Talarm the free kick. Ed Aliendi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nelson Freel having to interfere. Max Hoey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Globelands's Nelson Freel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Globelands from getting a goal against them. Ed Aliendi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Peter White stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Iggi Muddle's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. In the 18th minute, Iggi Muddle ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Peter White was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Talarm's zone, Iggi Muddle stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Peter White came out of the goal and Iggi Muddle tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ed Aliendi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Nelson Freel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Brock Tupman kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Ed Aliendi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nelson Freel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. In the 27th minute, Burns Moorby hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Iggi Muddle recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Iggi Muddle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Peter White made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iggi Muddle in the 33rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Globelands's zone, Ed Aliendi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nelson Freel came out of the goal and Ed Aliendi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Max Hoey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ed Aliendi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Ed Aliendi came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Talarm fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ed Aliendi couldn't finish the play. Earl Wilson might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nelson Freel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Earl Wilson ran back to his position shaking his head. After the first half Globelands were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Ed Aliendi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Nelson Freel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Earl Wilson in the 55th minute of play forced Globelands's goalkeeper Nelson Freel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Ed Aliendi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 62nd minute Earl Wilson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nelson Freel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ed Aliendi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Globelands's zone, Earl Wilson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nelson Freel came out of the goal and Earl Wilson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 73 minutes into the match, Talarm's Max Hoey sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nelson Freel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 75th minute, Ed Aliendi made a precise shot to the right of Nelson Freel. Globelands's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 80th minute Davey Waters shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nelson Freel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marco Snabl during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Globelands fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 84th minute. Penalty! In the 86th minute there was a penalty for Talarm. Edwardo Atkin stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Nelson Freel. 2-1. If Iggi Muddle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ed Aliendi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 95 minutes into the game, Ed Aliendi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Nelson Freel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Talarm's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
