In the 9th minute Munroe Kidman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pete See saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Talarm's Peter White played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiago Duarte in the 12th minute of play. Tito Roldan who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 13thth minute tested the skills of Peter White when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Earl Wilson's late challenge caught a Unpolished FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Earl Wilson helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Talarm getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Earl Wilson hit a great ball. Tito Roldan let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 16th minute shot 1-0 at rihgt post. The supporters of Talarm booed when Unpolished FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jarrett Barugh didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tito Roldan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Peter White made a huge save. Peter White stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tiago Duarte's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. 26 minutes into the match, Unpolished FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ed Aliendi came free, but Pete See reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Talarm's Ed Aliendi in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Unpolished FC's goalie prevented a goal. Tiago Duarte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peter White having to interfere. Tito Roldan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Peter White tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tito Roldan was the one to do the kick off. Tito Roldan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Peter White tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Peter White showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiago Duarte, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tito Roldan in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Peter White prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Unpolished FC's Tiago Duarte got a free kick in the 70th minute. Talarm's Munroe Kidman got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ed Aliendi who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 75thth minute tested the skills of Pete See when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Tiago Duarte recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Peter White made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tito Roldan in the 81st minute of play. If Tito Roldan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Talarm's Ed Aliendi got a free kick in the 91st minute. Peter White showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiago Duarte, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. The audience was convinced that Tito Roldan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Peter White was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. Unpolished FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
