Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Edmonds Peterson made the kick off which started today's match. Edmonds Peterson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edwards Pustak having to interfere. Danton Paynter received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Edwards Pustak came out and tried to block the shot, but Danton Paynter slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 14th minute. Boolarong's Edwards Pustak proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Boolarong from getting a goal against them. After having played for 40 minutes, Brayden Whitsitt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Boolarong's supporters crossed their fingers, but Brayden Whitsitt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 43 minutes, Edwards Pustak successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 46th match minute, Boolarong was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edison Mclatchey to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Brayden Whitsitt made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Bordertown's goal looked a bit too open when Brayden Whitsitt came free, but Malcolm Paull reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Danton Paynter scored 3-0 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Edwards Pustak, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Boolarong's Brayden Whitsitt got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Brayden Whitsitt fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Boolarong's protests and gave Brayden Whitsitt a yellow card for diving instead. Brayden Whitsitt hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. The supporters of Bordertown booed when Boolarong was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Battle Mitchell didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Boolarong's Edison Mclatchey got a free kick in the 63rd minute. In the 64th minute, one of Boolarong:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Boolarong. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmonds Peterson in the 69th minute of play forced Boolarong's goalkeeper Edwards Pustak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 71st minute Mark King shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edwards Pustak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rolando Monck kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Edwards Pustak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Phil Whatman in the 79th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Quincy Guy in the 81st minute of play forced Boolarong's goalkeeper Edwards Pustak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 83 minutes into the match, Boolarong's goal looked a bit too open when Mark King came free, but Edwards Pustak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Brendan Aliendi fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bordertown's protests and gave Brendan Aliendi a yellow card for diving instead. After 85 played minutes Bordertown got a freekick which was hit by Brendan Aliendi. Mark King took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edwards Pustak. Edwards Pustak dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Edwards Pustak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mark King in the 99th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the Bordertown players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
