Karl Knaack came out of the goal and Bert Schutt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Bert Schutt came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Jennapullin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bert Schutt couldn't finish the play. In the 59th minute, Jennapullin's Clifford Ashby dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. Karl Knaack showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clifford Ashby in the 63rd minute of the match. Narracan's defense didn't have a chance, in the 65th minute, when Kirk Kerville scored to the left of an out of position Karl Knaack, making the score, 0-4. In the 68th match minute, Narracan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Herman Ross to maneuver through the defense. In the 71st minute Kirk Kerville shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl Knaack saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Karl Knaack didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 91st minute, which inside left pole to 0-5. Clifford Ashby fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl Knaack having to interfere. The Narracan fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Jennapullin were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
