Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Bo Mcgrath fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Earl Hollis having to interfere. In the 6th minute Connor Todman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Earl Hollis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Quambatook getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Bo Mcgrath hit a great ball. Connor Todman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Earl Hollis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. Earl Hollis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bo Mcgrath in the 14th minute of the match. Bo Mcgrath sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bo Mcgrath in the 20th minute of play forced Porongorup's goalkeeper Earl Hollis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Connor Todman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Earl Hollis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Jacobs Mckinley managed to get in a good position for a shot. Quambatook's supporters rose to their feet, but Jacobs Mckinley was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Earl Hollis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 26th minute, Connor Todman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Earl Hollis came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Quambatook's Bo Mcgrath. But to his dismay, Bo Mcgrath quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Connor Todman in the 30th minute of play forced Porongorup's goalkeeper Earl Hollis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Porongorup's zone, Bo Mcgrath stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Earl Hollis came out of the goal and Bo Mcgrath tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bo Mcgrath recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 36 minutes of play, Quambatook's Bo Mcgrath made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Earl Hollis was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 39th minute, Bo Mcgrath got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Bo Mcgrath had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bo Mcgrath in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Earl Hollis saved Porongorup from getting behind. Earl Hollis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Connor Todman in the 48th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bo Mcgrath stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Connor Todman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Earl Hollis made a huge save. With a little luck, Porongorup's Earl Hollis got control of the ball when Connor Todman tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bo Mcgrath sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Bo Mcgrath came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Quambatook fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bo Mcgrath couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bo Mcgrath in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Earl Hollis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Earl Hollis was a little too slow when Bo Mcgrath got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 76th minute. The score was now 0-4. A collision led to Quambatook getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Irwin Obrien hit a great ball. If Connor Todman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Connor Todman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Earl Hollis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 85thth minute of the game Bo Mcgrath who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Porongorup's Earl Hollis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bo Mcgrath in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Earl Hollis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Bo Mcgrath had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bo Mcgrath blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Earl Hollis having to make a save. Quambatook played a much better game than Porongorup and deserved their victory. The Porongorup players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
