Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Bradford Cootes took the kick off in the first half of the match. Lauder Paddle didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Roger Gannan went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bradford Cootes during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Bolivar getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Bradford Cootes hit a great ball. 13 minutes into the match, Bolivar's goal looked a bit too open when Jarrett Holdsworth came free, but Lauder Paddle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kenneth Triplett's late challenge caught a JuveMount 2004's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kenneth Triplett helped the player get up and apologised. After 15 played minutes Bolivar got a freekick which was hit by Kenneth Triplett. After a defensive mix-up in Bolivar's zone, Roger Gannan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lauder Paddle came out of the goal and Roger Gannan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 19 minutes of play, JuveMount 2004's Roger Gannan made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lauder Paddle was left in no man's land by his defense there! JuveMount 2004's Roger Gannan got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 25 minutes of play, JuveMount 2004's Roger Gannan made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lauder Paddle was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jarrett Holdsworth scored 0-4 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lauder Paddle, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. JuveMount 2004's Jarrett Holdsworth got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lauder Paddle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roger Gannan, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Kenneth Triplett received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Bennett Isaac tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bradford Cootes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 48 minutes into the game, JuveMount 2004's Blade Breasley nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lauder Paddle made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Roger Gannan to strike the kick off in the second half. Jarrett Holdsworth who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 57thth minute tested the skills of Lauder Paddle when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Lauder Paddle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roger Gannan, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Bolivar's Lauder Paddle proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Bolivar from getting a goal against them. Roger Gannan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Lauder Paddle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Roger Gannan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mark Hinwood kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jarrett Holdsworth got free with Lauder Paddle in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bolivar's Lauder Paddle proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Bolivar from getting a goal against them. Bennett Isaac came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Bolivar's Bradford Cootes. But to his dismay, Bradford Cootes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. The JuveMount 2004 supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing JuveMount 2004 would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
