Camberwell's Remington Huff played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Belton Inwood in the 17th minute of play. After 18 played minutes Camberwell got a freekick which was hit by Rex Lamb. Remington Huff made an important save on a dangerous shot by Stephan Boneheyo in the 21st minute. In the 24th minute, George Walsh hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Camberwell's Otto Death in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Erreys's goalie prevented a goal. Payton Beckwith showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ned Woods, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Erreys's zone, Otto Death stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Payton Beckwith came out of the goal and Otto Death tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 39th minute, Max Stanton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ned Woods stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Otto Death sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Otto Death could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Payton Beckwith made a huge save. If Stephan Boneheyo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 59th minute, Ned Woods fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Belton Inwood sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Remington Huff showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stephan Boneheyo, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Remington Huff made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Belton Inwood in the 69th minute of play. Remington Huff took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Belton Inwood, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
