Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) 5 minutes into the game, Payton Rhodes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Bern Flesfader was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Larkin Samuels in the 16th minute of play forced Mandiga's goalkeeper Anthony Convine to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Larkin Samuels sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 22nd match minute, Mandiga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cliff Diefenbach to maneuver through the defense. Ryan Whatman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cliff Diefenbach could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Bern Flesfader made a huge save. Payton Warhurst kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. If Payton Rhodes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hale Howard charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hale Howard the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 33 minutes into the match, Kyneton's goalkeeper Bern Flesfader had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Payton Rhodes. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ryan Whatman in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bern Flesfader saved Kyneton from getting behind. After 37 minutes, Payton Warhurst mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kyneton and the Mandiga players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Mandiga booed when Kyneton was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Payton Warhurst didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Ren Angell fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mandiga's protests and gave Ren Angell a yellow card for diving instead. Norman Erwin kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Mandiga's Anthony Convine played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lawrance Monck in the 47th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When Larkin Samuels came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Kyneton fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Larkin Samuels couldn't finish the play. Bern Flesfader showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ryan Whatman, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Payton Rhodes in the 64th minute of play forced Kyneton's goalkeeper Bern Flesfader to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Payton Rhodes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Bern Flesfader tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Kyneton defense, Payton Rhodes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bern Flesfader. The Kyneton fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bern Flesfader should have stopped the shot. Bray Heath's late challenge caught a Kyneton's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bray Heath helped the player get up and apologised. In the 71st minute, Bray Heath hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Payton Rhodes in the 76th minute of play forced Kyneton's goalkeeper Bern Flesfader to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Downing Dollymore received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Anthony Convine tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bern Flesfader came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Mandiga's Ryan Whatman. But to his dismay, Ryan Whatman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. With his leg Anthony Convine managed to avoid a goal in the 86thth minute, when Kyneton's Larkin Samuels fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Lawrance Monck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anthony Convine having to interfere. A collision led to Kyneton getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Payton Warhurst hit a great ball. Ryan Whatman scored 4-0 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bern Flesfader, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Mandiga had won after a very even match.
