Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Mandiga's Ryan Whatman started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute Payton Soekirno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anthony Convine saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anthony Convine stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bryanne Sugden's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. After 7 minutes, Cliff Diefenbach mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mandiga and the Tantanoola players grew even worse after the yellow card. Cliff Diefenbach kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. In the 10th minute of the match Alexander Mewburn sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Anthony Convine skillfully saved the ball. If Ryan Whatman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Tantanoola's Andy Rafferty got control of the ball when Payton Rhodes tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 16th minute, Payton Rhodes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Payton Soekirno's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anthony Convine was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. Andy Rafferty made an important save on a dangerous shot by Payton Rhodes in the 25th minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bryanne Sugden was the one to do the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Tantanoola's Bryanne Sugden slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Anthony Convine. That made the score 0-1 after 52 minutes of play. Andy Rafferty made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Bryanne Sugden fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anthony Convine having to interfere. In the 86th minute, Payton Soekirno left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tantanoola fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. Bryanne Sugden received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Anthony Convine tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tantanoola's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
