Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Ingebyra's Zackery Stafford started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Alfred Carnduff stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zackery Stafford's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Barnard Delbridge in the 10th minute of play forced Ingebyra's goalkeeper Alvin Cudmore to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Drummond's zone, Zackery Stafford stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alfred Carnduff came out of the goal and Zackery Stafford tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 13 minutes into the game, Ralph Ancell was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ingebyra's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Drummond the free kick. In the 16th minute, Russel Wayland hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 17 played minutes Drummond got a freekick which was hit by Olin Ayrton. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Zackery Stafford managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ingebyra's supporters rose to their feet, but Zackery Stafford was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfred Carnduff breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Drummond's zone, Zackery Stafford stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alfred Carnduff came out of the goal and Zackery Stafford tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Drummond's Alfred Carnduff played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zackery Stafford in the 29th minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, Drummond's Barnard Delbridge sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alvin Cudmore narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Zackery Stafford had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 33 minutes, Payne Missen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Drummond's supporters crossed their fingers, but Payne Missen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 35 minutes into the game, Alberto Whittington was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Drummond's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ingebyra the free kick. The supporters of Ingebyra booed when Drummond was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alberto Whittington didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zackery Stafford received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Alfred Carnduff tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zackery Stafford in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alfred Carnduff saved Drummond from getting behind. Zackery Stafford sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zackery Stafford in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alfred Carnduff saved Drummond from getting behind. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Barnard Delbridge made the kick off in the second half. When Ingebyra's Zackery Stafford in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Drummond's goalie prevented a goal. 55 minutes into the match, Zackery Stafford had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alfred Carnduff. Drummond's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zackery Stafford was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Edmonds Dale kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. After having played for 62 minutes, Payne Missen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Drummond's supporters crossed their fingers, but Payne Missen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 67 minutes into the match, Drummond's goal looked a bit too open when Zackery Stafford came free, but Alfred Carnduff reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edmonds Dale received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Alfred Carnduff tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 73 minutes, Russel Wayland mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ingebyra and the Drummond players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Ingebyra getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Russel Wayland hit a great ball. Zackery Stafford's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alfred Carnduff read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, Russel Wayland notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Drummond's Alfred Carnduff. Alfred Carnduff was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 87 minutes of play, Drummond's Payne Missen made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alvin Cudmore was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Zackery Stafford came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Ingebyra fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zackery Stafford couldn't finish the play. Ingebyra's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
