Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Richard Peterson in the 5th minute of play forced Dunbogan's goalkeeper Earl Beverley to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Huntingdon's Jemmett Devere proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Huntingdon from getting a goal against them. In the 8th minute Edmundson Anders shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Earl Beverley saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 9 minutes, Drew Schulze mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dunbogan and the Huntingdon players grew even worse after the yellow card. Drew Schulze hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Munroe Anders's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jemmett Devere read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. When Dunbogan's Munroe Anders in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Huntingdon's goalie prevented a goal. 22 minutes into the match, Dunbogan's Brendan Butterworth sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jemmett Devere narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Bruno Howarth charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bruno Howarth the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 24 played minutes Dunbogan got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Howarth. Brendan Butterworth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 36 minutes, Richard Peterson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Huntingdon's supporters crossed their fingers, but Richard Peterson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dunbogan's Brendan Butterworth got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Munroe Anders could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Jemmett Devere made a huge save. Brendan Butterworth scored 1-0 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jemmett Devere, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Brendan Butterworth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jemmett Devere having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Richard Peterson to make the kick off. Munroe Anders fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jemmett Devere having to interfere. A collision led to Dunbogan getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Battle Facey hit a great ball. Earl Beverley acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 61st minute, took the ball on the long shot from Stephan Fison. In the 62nd minute Brendan Butterworth shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jemmett Devere saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Huntingdon's zone, Brendan Butterworth stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jemmett Devere came out of the goal and Brendan Butterworth tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Huntingdon's Jemmett Devere played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Munroe Anders in the 64th minute of play. Benjamin Raison hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Edmundson Anders could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Earl Beverley made a huge save. Brendan Butterworth recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 74 minutes into the match, Benjamin Raison notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Huntingdon's Jemmett Devere. Jemmett Devere was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 79th minute Brendan Butterworth shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jemmett Devere saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edmundson Anders could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Earl Beverley made a huge save. Brendan Butterworth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Bruno Howarth came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Dunbogan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bruno Howarth couldn't finish the play. In the 90th minute, Edmundson Anders made a precise shot to the right of Earl Beverley. Dunbogan's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. 94 minutes into the match, Huntingdon's goal looked a bit too open when Bruno Howarth came free, but Jemmett Devere reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Brendan Butterworth received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Jemmett Devere tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Dunbogan fully deserved thier win.
