Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Corbett Auger kicked off to start the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Neale Watson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carani's supporters rose to their feet, but Neale Watson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benjy Richard breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Logan Aliendi charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Logan Aliendi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 7th minute, one of Carani:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Carani. Jonathan Auger placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! In the 12th minute Matthews Will shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrews Mcvey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 16 minutes into the match, Song Lam Nghe An's goal looked a bit too open when Brock Conlan came free, but Benjy Richard reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Brock Conlan in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benjy Richard prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Corbett Auger in the 22nd minute of play forced Carani's goalkeeper Andrews Mcvey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 26 minutes into the match, Song Lam Nghe An's goalkeeper Benjy Richard had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Neale Watson. Benjy Richard took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brock Conlan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Song Lam Nghe An booed when Carani was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Neale Watson didn't get a good kick on the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Song Lam Nghe An's goal looked a bit too open when Brock Conlan came free, but Benjy Richard reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Neale Watson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Benjy Richard read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. Benjy Richard made an important save on a dangerous shot by Neale Watson in the 42nd minute. In the 46th minute Brock Conlan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjy Richard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

With a little luck, Carani's Andrews Mcvey got control of the ball when Matthews Will tried to sneak it across the goal line. Peter Ramsay hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. When Carani's Brock Conlan in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Song Lam Nghe An's goalie prevented a goal. Corbett Auger was extremely unlucky when he, in the 72nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Potter Dobson charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Potter Dobson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 75th match minute, Song Lam Nghe An was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Potter Dobson to maneuver through the defense. Brock Conlan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Neale Watson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benjy Richard having to interfere. In the 82nd minute, Edmund Carr hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benjy Richard showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brock Conlan in the 85th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Neale Watson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Neale Watson scored 1-0 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benjy Richard, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 95 played minutes, Carani's Logan Aliendi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Benjy Richard came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Carani reached it. After a rather tough play, Song Lam Nghe An's Crawford Alwege got a free kick in the 96th minute. In the 97th minute of the match Carl Sylvester shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Benjy Richard showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Carani's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
