Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Yalpara's Larkin Park started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Laurence Rennie hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Sabastian Whitsitt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Larkin Park, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. The supporters of Yalpara booed when Crookwell was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Gorham didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Yalpara's Carson Schultz tried to score from far away in the 20th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Andy Macinnes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ned Deal succeeded in the game's 24th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. 28 minutes into the match, Crookwell's goal looked a bit too open when Brooks Mcgregor came free, but Sabastian Whitsitt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Yalpara's Brooks Mcgregor got a free kick in the 32nd minute. If Andy Macinnes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 37 minutes into the match, Ned Deal notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Yalpara's Blade Serena. Blade Serena was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 43rd minute, Crookwell's Boris Schultz dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. 45 minutes into the game, Meyer Delahide was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Yalpara's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Crookwell the free kick. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ned Deal was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Ned Deal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andy Macinnes in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Blade Serena prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Yalpara's Blade Serena played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andy Macinnes in the 69th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Yalpara's zone, Andy Macinnes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Blade Serena came out of the goal and Andy Macinnes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Ned Deal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 80thth minute of the game Andy Macinnes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Yalpara's Blade Serena was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Yalpara defense, Ned Deal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Blade Serena. The Yalpara fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Blade Serena should have stopped the shot. If Ned Deal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 96 minutes, Jonathan Gorham mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Crookwell and the Yalpara players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Crookwell's Jonathan Gorham got a free kick in the 96th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Crookwell fans cheered their team off the field, for while Yalpara had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
