Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Bran Bennett kicked off to start the match. Jessop Rowdon kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Alfred Ogle struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Philip Luckham didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Carabost. In the 9th minute, Lorimer Finden got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bran Bennett fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lawrance Cookesley having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfred Ogle in the 14th minute of play forced Mingoola's goalkeeper Philip Luckham to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 15th minute Bran Bennett shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lawrance Cookesley saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lorimer Finden sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lawrance Cookesley made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rodd Woodbridge in the 22nd minute. The audience was convinced that Bran Bennett's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lawrance Cookesley was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. Rodd Woodbridges short, quick shot in the 35thth minute got Lawrance Cookesley to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Rodd Woodbridge received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Lawrance Cookesley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rodd Woodbridge took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lawrance Cookesley. Lawrance Cookesley dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Carter Berresford kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match.
If Bran Bennett had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lawrance Cookesley made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodd Woodbridge in the 72nd minute of play. If Rodd Woodbridge had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bran Bennett received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Lawrance Cookesley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bran Bennett in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lawrance Cookesley prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Bran Bennett had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 97th minute, Rodd Woodbridge got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
