Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Jasmine Kuskopf made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Darian Cave in the 3rd minute of play. When Darian Cave came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Tangalooma fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Darian Cave couldn't finish the play. Dakota Houldsworth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jasmine Kuskopf having to interfere. Jasmine Kuskopf made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Darian Cave in the 12th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Darian Cave in the 13th minute of play forced Huon's goalkeeper Jasmine Kuskopf to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th minute, Sam Borserio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jasmine Kuskopf made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dakota Houldsworth in the 15th minute. In the 28th minute Darian Cave shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jasmine Kuskopf saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Dakota Houldsworth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tangalooma's Dakota Houldsworth was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 39th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The supporters of Tangalooma booed when Huon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matthias Brennan didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Darian Cave blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jasmine Kuskopf having to make a save. Adam Kepert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Howie Petty having to interfere. 58 minutes into the game, Adam Kepert cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Howie Petty was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jasmine Kuskopf took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dakota Houldsworth, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Phil Gray kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. If Dakota Houldsworth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bryant Connell might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Howie Petty. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bryant Connell ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Dakota Houldsworth managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tangalooma's supporters rose to their feet, but Dakota Houldsworth was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jasmine Kuskopf breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Darian Cave fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jasmine Kuskopf having to interfere. A collision led to Huon getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Phil Gray hit a great ball. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Huon's goalkeeper Jasmine Kuskopf, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jasmine Kuskopf stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Darian Cave's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. After having played for 86 minutes, Darian Cave managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tangalooma's supporters crossed their fingers, but Darian Cave was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Dakota Houldsworth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Huon's Jasmine Kuskopf played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dakota Houldsworth in the 92nd minute of play. When Tangalooma's Darian Cave in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Huon's goalie prevented a goal. If Darian Cave had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
