Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) In the 4th minute, Bleyd Cootes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Wellcamp fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 8 minutes into the game, Andrews Carnduff was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mullaley's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wellcamp the free kick. In the 8th minute, Andrews Carnduff hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Mullaley getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Martin Gruer hit a great ball. In the 11th minute of the match Eddie Blestowe shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Matthews Copelin showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 12 played minutes Mullaley got a freekick which was hit by Benjy Jeffress. Cliff Saisell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clark Greenbank, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wellcamp's Cliff Saisell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by James Plummer in the 15th minute of play. In the 16th minute, one of Wellcamp:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Wellcamp. The referee gave Mullaley a penalty, 18 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Lawrance Lambourne, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Wellcamp's Cliff Saisell. 1-1. Cliff Saisell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrews Carnduff in the 21st minute of play. Cliff Saisell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clark Greenbank in the 24th minute of the match. Cliff Saisell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrews Carnduff, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 29 minutes into the match, Wellcamp's goal looked a bit too open when Bennett Hopkins came free, but Cliff Saisell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wellcamp's Cliff Saisell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clark Greenbank in the 31st minute of play. Cliff Saisell came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Mullaley's Bennett Hopkins. But to his dismay, Bennett Hopkins quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. James Plummer kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. 43 minutes in the game Benjy Jeffress did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to James Plummer. Cliff Saisell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from James Plummer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 48th minute Benjy Jeffress shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cliff Saisell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half Mullaley were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Clark Greenbank made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clark Greenbank in the 53rd minute of play forced Wellcamp's goalkeeper Cliff Saisell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Andrews Carnduff got free with Cliff Saisell in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Benjy Jeffress made in the 65th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Wellcamp's Kale Beverly. Cliff Saisell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benjy Jeffress in the 68th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bennett Hopkins in the 70th minute of play forced Wellcamp's goalkeeper Cliff Saisell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wellcamp's Cliff Saisell proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Wellcamp from getting a goal against them. Cliff Saisell made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Andrews Carnduff sent off a good shot on target. Cliff Saisell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clark Greenbank, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wellcamp's Cliff Saisell proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Wellcamp from getting a goal against them. When Clark Greenbank fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mullaley's protests and gave Clark Greenbank a yellow card for diving instead. Clark Greenbank kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. The supporters of Mullaley booed when Wellcamp was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kale Beverly didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cliff Saisell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clark Greenbank in the 92nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjy Jeffress in the 95th minute of play forced Wellcamp's goalkeeper Cliff Saisell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Andrews Carnduff could shoot a difficult shot in the 96th minute, which Cliff Saisell however easily saved by the left post. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Mullaley walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
