He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Bo Allen. Wolf Pack's Phenix Greenan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Biddle Dowling in the 20th minute of play. A very good chance. Bo Allen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bern Coote in the 35th minute of the match. Bern Coote received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Bo Allen came out and tried to block the shot, but Bern Coote slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 39th minute. Bart Bostock received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Phenix Greenan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Charles Fasey's late challenge caught a Runnymede's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After recieving a nice pass, Runnymede's Benny Chant tried to score from far away in the 52nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Downing Minton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Runnymede booed when Wolf Pack was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Downing Minton didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Payne Bohn got free with Phenix Greenan in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bern Coote sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wolf Pack's Phenix Greenan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Wolf Pack from getting a goal against them. Bern Coote scored 4-0 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bo Allen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 81st minute, Eavan Bower hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 84th minute Bart Bostock shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Phenix Greenan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Wolf Pack's Downing Minton got a free kick in the 85th minute. Phenix Greenan came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Runnymede's Andrews Russell. But to his dismay, Andrews Russell quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. In the 96th match minute, Runnymede was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Biddle Dowling to maneuver through the defense. There was no doubt that Wolf Pack were the better team. Wolf Pack's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
