Spectators: 6772 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1772, VIP seats: 0) 6 minutes into the game, Byron Barclay was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Waverley's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wangoom the free kick. Byron Barclay kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. In the 14th minute, Alex Kennedy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Waverley's zone, Jeremy Mckinnes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dalton Diehl came out of the goal and Jeremy Mckinnes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Jeremy Mckinnes fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Wangoom's protests and gave Jeremy Mckinnes a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Wangoom's Jeremy Mckinnes got a free kick in the 15th minute. If Blade Benton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bran Mclatchey kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Jeremy Mckinnes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Waverley's Dalton Diehl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeremy Mckinnes in the 26th minute of play. After 32 played minutes Wangoom got a freekick which was hit by Sam Rishton. Waverley's Bernie Flesfader got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 36th minute, Blade Benton got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Wangoom's Jenkins Chant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Blade Benton in the 38th minute of play. Jenkins Chant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Blade Benton in the 41st minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Blade Benton made the kick off in the second half. If Bernie Flesfader had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 54th match minute, Wangoom was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stewart Mcmillan to maneuver through the defense. Blade Benton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Wangoom's Bran Mclatchey got a free kick in the 56th minute. 57 minutes into the game, Blade Benton recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jenkins Chant. Blade Benton showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. Jeremy Mckinnes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dalton Diehl read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. Bryson Osbiston charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bryson Osbiston the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Bryson Osbiston kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. After 68 played minutes Wangoom got a freekick which was hit by Albert Staggard. Bernie Flesfader struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Jenkins Chant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Waverley. Dalton Diehl came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Wangoom's Andrews Tearle. But to his dismay, Andrews Tearle quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Jeremy Mckinnes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Waverley's Dalton Diehl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrews Tearle in the 80th minute of play. Jeremy Mckinnes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Dalton Diehl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dalton Diehl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrews Tearle in the 86th minute of play. Sam Rishton kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Blade Benton hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Jeremy Mckinnes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dalton Diehl having to interfere. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
