Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Northam's Larkins Pearce started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 4 played minutes Northam got a freekick which was hit by Sabastian Ogle. Blade Benton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 8th minute, Blade Benton left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Waverley fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The supporters of Northam booed when Waverley was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Parker Burtt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Northam's Bartholemew Lonergan couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 14th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Waverley. After 24 minutes Waverley's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Bartholemew Lonergan who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Northam's Sabastian Ogle to a score. 1-1 in the 24th minute. In the 29th match minute, Northam was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rob Fieldhouse to maneuver through the defense. Larkins Pearce received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Dalton Diehl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 33rd minute Blade Benton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nero Hopkins saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Waverley's Dalton Diehl got control of the ball when Jack Turnor tried to sneak it across the goal line. Larkins Pearce struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Dalton Diehl didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Northam. In the 46th minute of the match Northam got a corner. Waverley's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Bartholemew Lonergan ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Northam's Bartholemew Lonergan to fire away a dangerous shot which Dalton Diehl despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When Larkins Pearce came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Northam fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Larkins Pearce couldn't finish the play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Blade Benton to strike the kick off in the second half. Blade Benton charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Blade Benton the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 52nd match minute, Waverley was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Blade Benton to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Northam's Nero Hopkins got control of the ball when Bernie Flesfader tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bernie Flesfader fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nero Hopkins having to interfere. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Northam's goalkeeper Nero Hopkins, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Larkins Pearce had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 69 minutes into the game, Northam's Rob Fieldhouse nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dalton Diehl made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Blade Benton managed to get in a good position for a shot. Waverley's supporters rose to their feet, but Blade Benton was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nero Hopkins breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bernie Flesfader sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Larkins Pearce came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Northam fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Larkins Pearce couldn't finish the play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Waverley players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Northam.
