Minbrie's Archie Thomas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonia Markou in the 61st minute of play. A very good chance. 71 minutes into the match, Brendon Bodimeade dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rod Gaffigan, 0-2. In the 75th minute, Bremen Whelpton fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Through an outstanding action, after 77 minutes, Rod Gaffigan successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bremen Whelpton got free with Rod Gaffigan in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 85 minutes into the game, FC Donks's Carlton Ancell nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Archie Thomas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Archie Thomas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antonia Markou in the 90th minute of the match. The FC Donks fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Minbrie were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
