Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Edison Phasey took the kick off in the first half of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Boyd Flisfeder in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lorimer Gannan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Edison Phasey came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Jancourt fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edison Phasey couldn't finish the play. If Dante Fortington had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rolando Tarrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dante Fortington, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lucas Lorenz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Lorimer Gannan made a huge save. Lucas Lorenzs short, quick shot in the 17thth minute got Lorimer Gannan to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 19 minutes, Paul Whitsitt mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Eddington and the Jancourt players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 27 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Jancourt! In the 36th minute, Lucas Lorenz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Eddington fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. 5-0 became the score in the 42nd minute when Boyd Flisfeder elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Boyd Flisfeder was the one to do the kick off. Rolando Tarrant didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 51st minute, which inside left pole to 5-1. Jancourt's Lorimer Gannan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boyd Flisfeder in the 54th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Boyd Flisfeder in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lorimer Gannan saved Jancourt from getting behind. Dante Fortington received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Rolando Tarrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dante Fortington could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Rolando Tarrant made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jerrard Keam during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 64th minute, Downing Mapps sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Jancourt's Lorimer Gannan didn't even have to move. In the 66th minute, Dante Fortington ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rolando Tarrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-2. In the 69th minute, Dante Fortington made a precise shot to the right of Rolando Tarrant. Eddington's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-3. Boyd Flisfeder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lorimer Gannan having to interfere. After 79 minutes, Payne Powell mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Eddington and the Jancourt players grew even worse after the yellow card. Payne Powell kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Jerrard Keam was shown his second yellow card after 82 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Eddington booed when Jancourt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jerrard Keam didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Lucas Lorenz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 88 minutes of play, Eddington's Lucas Lorenz made it 6-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lorimer Gannan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Eddington's Boyd Flisfeder got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 92 played minutes Jancourt got a freekick which was hit by Dale Benson. Eddington were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Jancourt for a fine match.
