Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Amos Park kicked off to start the match. Severnlea's Phillip Woods proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Severnlea from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Severnlea booed when Berringa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jamie Didlock didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Severnlea's zone, Amos Park stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Phillip Woods came out of the goal and Amos Park tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Phillip Woods made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Martyon Norton sent off a good shot on target. After 19 played minutes, Severnlea's Benjy Notley shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Darian Lorenz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Severnlea reached it. If Carleton Whelpton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 27th minute, Martyon Norton got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Martyon Norton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, Berringa's Phillip Woods threw himself towards the right post 43 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Amos Park, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Carleton Whelpton stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Martyon Norton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Phillip Woods having to interfere. Phillip Woods showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amos Park, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. If Tom Bonham had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carleton Whelpton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Phillip Woods prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Berringa's Darian Lorenz got control of the ball when Tom Bonham tried to sneak it across the goal line. Darian Lorenz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carleton Whelpton, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Carleton Whelpton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Darian Lorenz having to interfere. Severnlea's Phillip Woods played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amos Park in the 97th minute of play. Berringa's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
