Remington Czaczka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Missen in the 6th minute of play forced Eagleby's goalkeeper Gregory Mcjenkins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kirk Mcenally recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Roy Locke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remington Czaczka in the 10th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edward Missen during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Edward Missen kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Gregory Mcjenkins didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Elsternwick Amateurs's Kirk Mcenally shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Handley Mudie kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Roy Locke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Handley Mudie in the 28th minute of play. In the 31st minute of the match, Kirk Mcenally got a very nice opportunity to score, but Gregory Mcjenkins was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Roy Locke stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Remington Czaczka's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. Edward Missen might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gregory Mcjenkins. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edward Missen ran back to his position shaking his head. 48 minutes into the match, Eagleby's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Missen came free, but Gregory Mcjenkins reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Gregory Mcjenkins showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edward Missen, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Gregory Mcjenkins stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kirk Mcenally's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. After 58 minutes, Connor Lewry mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Eagleby and the Elsternwick Amateurs players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Elsternwick Amateurs booed when Eagleby was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Connor Lewry didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 60 minutes of play, Elsternwick Amateurs's Edward Missen made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gregory Mcjenkins was left in no man's land by his defense there! Elsternwick Amateurs's Edward Missen got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 74 minutes into the match, Edward Missen notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Eagleby's Gregory Mcjenkins. Gregory Mcjenkins was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Kirk Mcenally received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Gregory Mcjenkins tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Handley Mudie's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roy Locke read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. With his leg Roy Locke managed to avoid a goal in the 91stth minute, when Eagleby's Remington Czaczka fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Gregory Mcjenkins showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Missen in the 94th minute of the match. With a little luck, Elsternwick Amateurs's Roy Locke got control of the ball when Remington Czaczka tried to sneak it across the goal line. Elsternwick Amateurs's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
