Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Bran Prinsep made the kick off which started today's match. 5 minutes into the match, Ryan Mcvicar notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Kotara's Gregg Potter. Gregg Potter was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Lorimer Ross fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Suzan's protests and gave Lorimer Ross a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Suzan's Lorimer Ross got a free kick in the 7th minute. 8 minutes into the match, Kotara's Bartholemew Tisdell broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The long shot by Hans Monson in the 16th minute really tested Gregg Potter's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. If Jacobs Stageman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Luke Czaczka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nilson Ross in the 19th minute of the match. Luke Czaczka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nilson Ross, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Jacobs Stageman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jacobs Stageman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Luke Czaczka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 27th minute there was a penalty for Kotara. Bartholemew Tisdell stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Luke Czaczka. 1-1. 33 minutes into the match, Suzan's Ryan Mcvicar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gregg Potter narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Suzan's Dante Chamberlain got a free kick in the 36th minute. Nilson Ross sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 40 minutes into the match, Suzan's goal looked a bit too open when Nilson Ross came free, but Luke Czaczka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Nilson Ross had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nilson Ross to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute Nilson Ross shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luke Czaczka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jacobs Stageman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luke Czaczka having to interfere. 57 minutes into the match, Jacobs Stageman notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Suzan's Luke Czaczka. Luke Czaczka was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bran Prinsep scored 2-2 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gregg Potter, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gregg Potter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ryan Mcvicar, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. In the 68th minute, Suzan's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Jacobs Stageman fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Ryan Mcvicar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gregg Potter having to interfere. During the 74th minute of the match Lorimer Ross completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Lorimer Ross a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Lorimer Ross kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. The long shot by Rudolph Brooks in the 76th minute really tested Luke Czaczka's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Jacobs Stageman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Suzan's Luke Czaczka proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Suzan from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Suzan's zone, Nilson Ross stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luke Czaczka came out of the goal and Nilson Ross tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nilson Ross recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Jacobs Stageman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 97th minute, Nilson Ross made a precise shot to the right of Luke Czaczka. Suzan's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-4. When the match was over Kotara could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Suzan throughout the match.
