Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Zackery Kuskop started the match with the kick off. 5 minutes in the game, Zackery Kuskop fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Carleton Christina having to interfere. Jerrard Colman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carleton Christina having to interfere. Jerrard Colman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Carleton Christina tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zackery Kuskop sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jerrard Colman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Carleton Christina made a huge save. In the 39th minute Zackery Kuskop shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carleton Christina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zackery Kuskop struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Carleton Christina didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yulgilbar. After having played for 46 minutes, Jerrard Colman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yulgilbar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jerrard Colman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 49th minute, Zackery Kuskop managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yulgilbar's supporters rose to their feet, but Zackery Kuskop was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carleton Christina breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hale Grandison to strike the kick off in the second half. Jerrard Colman struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. In the 67th minute, Yulgilbar's Ryan Mcmahon seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Ryan Mcmahon the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Yulgilbar protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ryan Mcmahon had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 66 minutes into the game, one of Yulgilbar:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 69th minute there was a penalty for Naretha. Herbert Pearce stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Grant Trevena. 2-1. A collision led to Naretha getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Amos Brophy hit a great ball. 76 minutes into the game, Jagger Mcgaw was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Naretha's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Yulgilbar the free kick. The supporters of Yulgilbar booed when Naretha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jagger Mcgaw didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jerrard Colman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 84thth minute of the game Jerrard Colman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Naretha's Carleton Christina was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Loyd Goldsmith might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Carleton Christina. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Loyd Goldsmith ran back to his position shaking his head. Case Allcock's late challenge caught a Yulgilbar's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Case Allcock helped the player get up and apologised. Case Allcock hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Naretha's Carleton Christina played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jerrard Colman in the 92nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Yulgilbar's zone, Hale Grandison stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Grant Trevena came out of the goal and Hale Grandison tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jerrard Colman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carleton Christina read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. Carleton Christina showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jerrard Colman in the 100th minute of the match.
