Spectators: 7296 (Terracing: 5796, Seating: 1450, VIP seats: 50) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Loud Magnay took the kick off in the first half of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Long Breasley in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Humphry Minton prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Long Breasley in the 6th minute of play forced Brookfield's goalkeeper Humphry Minton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Humphry Minton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Loud Magnay in the 9th minute of the match. Long Breasley hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Paco Waters's late challenge caught a Yalpara's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Paco Waters helped the player get up and apologised. In the 16th minute, Paco Waters hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Howard Hinder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Humphry Minton having to interfere. Loud Magnay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Humphry Minton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Loud Magnay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Loud Magnay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Humphry Minton having to interfere. 34 minutes into the match, Brookfield's goal looked a bit too open when Loud Magnay came free, but Humphry Minton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Long Breasley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Humphry Minton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Humphry Minton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Loud Magnay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Long Breasley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Humphry Minton having to interfere. Humphry Minton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Loud Magnay in the 46th minute of play. 47 minutes into the match, Brookfield's Paco Kennedy sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Brandon Wadley narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Paco Kennedy stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Brookfield's goal looked a bit too open when Loud Magnay came free, but Humphry Minton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marshal Tongs recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 62 minutes into the game, Loud Magnay lined in a short shot 0-1 behind a frustrated Humphry Minton. Long Breasley could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Humphry Minton made a huge save. The supporters of Brookfield booed when Yalpara was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jason Block didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 71 played minutes, Brookfield's Bryanne Veitch shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Brandon Wadley came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Brookfield reached it. After a defensive mix-up in Brookfield's zone, Loud Magnay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Humphry Minton came out of the goal and Loud Magnay tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Humphry Minton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Loud Magnay in the 77th minute of the match. Long Breasley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Humphry Minton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 80th minute, Howard Hinder hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Yalpara's Russell Todman got a free kick in the 91st minute. Marshal Tongs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brandon Wadley having to interfere. Paco Kennedy kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. When the match was over Yalpara could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Brookfield throughout the match.
